Gailee’s Bakery & Cafe was established in 2020. I have started baking since 2016 and had a wonderful opportunity to bake and decorate a wedding cake at the age of 16. In 2020 me and my sister started our own little Bakery & Cafe in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. Baking has always been my passion, to teach others how to bake and decorate cakes is a wonderful feeling. 

Gailee’s team is dedicated to give you a quality flavourful cake as well as the design your heart desires. We also offer macarons, cupcakes, cakepops, sugar cookies and much more!
