I am Marijke, a professional watercolour artist (among other specialties) and my mission is to spread affordable art to all the families in South Africa.

More about me, Jack of all trades, master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one. I am a professional artist with professional training as part of my degree. My heart is made of watercolour, and honestly there’s not a single day that goes by that I don’t paint. I love what I do, bringing joy to people’s lives with my art. 

I have an Honours in Information Design, currently furthering my studies and doing my Master’s in Information Design too. I am a Group Exercise Instructor, Business Owner and Lecturer.

The one thing that all my jobs have in common is bettering the lives of people in some way – whether it’s by giving them the power to choose their own art, the satisfaction and awe of owning art, developing the lives of our youth and helping people with their physical health. I love working with people and I am blessed to touch lives in so many ways.
