There are a few ways you can work with us, depending on where you are in your journey. We do all our work online – there is no physical store, and we work with brides all around the world. From the UK to the US and also here at home, in South Africa.

Ok, so you’re ready to work with us – let’s see where you’re at in your journey:: 

1. You have your dress picked out, you are 100% certain you know exactly what type of veil you want and you need this custom made for you. Then you’ll come to us through the Veil Genie. Our online take in form that you fill out in 10 simple clicks, and within 48 hours you have a quote, and can get going. https://www.veilatelier.store/onlinebookings (just look for the ‘launch veil genie block’ 

1. You have some early ideas but would like some input on how to shape them or bring them to life in your own unique way. Then you’ll book a free 30 mins online consultation, so we can discuss your needs. We have an online booking form you can use to book that time as you need. 1. None of this feels right for you and you just want a person to talk to – simply mail us on veil.atelier@outlook.com and we will get in touch within the week to set up time to connect in whatever form makes sense for you

1. Finally, you want something pretty quickly, or need to see something already made. For that we will have an ever changing ready to wear range that we will be stocking at select boutiques and will be available from time to time on our online store. You can find that here at www.veilatelier.store. We do have an Etsy store but this is geared mostly for our international brides, and prices reflect international shipping. But if you see something there you like, we’re always open to hearing what you need and how we can meet those needs!
