Through the Prepare & Enrich® programme, couples get the opportunity to understand each other on a deeper level and have the conversations that truly matter from communication and conflict, to expectations, finances, intimacy, family, parenting and the strengths within their relationship.

My approach is warm, practical and personal. I create a safe space where couples can talk openly and honestly, without judgement and without feeling that they need to have everything figured out.
