General Information

Marizanne Naested is a Relationship and Sexuality Counsellor, as well as a TRE® Practitioner based in Johannesburg, offering in-person and online counselling in Afrikaans and English. Through a trauma-informed, body-centred approach, she guides clients towards greater self-awareness, a calmer nervous system, and deeper connection.

She provides a safe, inclusive space for counselling in both Afrikaans and English. Marizanne believes relationships are one of the most incredible spaces for growth, learning, and healing, and integrates the latest relationship science into her work.
